We are changing university sports!

Our digital booking system offers you:

Cost savings: By automating payment flows (participant payments, instructor payments), many manual and error-prone processes are eliminated, resulting in massive cost savings.
Onboarding fields: Depending on the user's role, additional information can be requested from the user in the system - for a course instructor, for example, telephone number and tax number for contract generation.
Mobile app and web version: UniNow course booking can be used both via a mobile app and via the web, allowing users and course instructors to access the platform flexibly from different devices.
Reservation function: The option of reserving courses for a limited time and then collecting them in a shopping cart increases flexibility for users and enables efficient booking of several courses at the same time.
Payment methods & issuing protocols: The platform enables smooth bookings through a variety of payment methods and automatic output protocols. The integration of ePay interfaces (Paypal, Giropay, credit card, direct debit) automates payment flows and digital direct debit mandates, which saves time and reduces errors compared to paper-based processes.
Digital attendance lists: With the help of the QR code check-in and the digital attendance lists, course instructors can quickly and easily obtain an overview of authorized course participants. Furthermore, the actual utilization of the courses can be conveniently evaluated during the semester.
Individual user groups: The adaptation to different user groups enables individualized price adjustment. The user groups can be validated using the university login.
Waiting list function: If courses are already fully booked, interested parties can join a waiting list and will automatically receive a notification when places become available again.
Tags & Categories: The offer can be further structured by assigning any tags that can be used for filtering on the booking website.
Extended cours booking: Our versatile booking tool makes it easy to organize courses and events at your university. From language courses to pottery classes and exciting events, all activities are easily mapped and managed. The intuitive user interface not only facilitates booking and participation, but also makes the variety of offers more accessible. The efficient platform enables smooth coordination of participants and makes the entire range of university activities more accessible to students and interested parties.

With UniNow's new DBS Dashboard, you now have even more control and flexibility when managing and participating in courses. Our new functions make course management easier and more efficient.

Course instructors can now check in directly via the dashboard without an additional app

Document exhibition

In addition, course instructors have the option of issuing various documents after successful course participation and accessing this document list, such as participant certificates, attendance certificates, course instructor contracts

Currently in the planning stage:

Certificates

The platform enables efficient management of the entry requirements for various courses, be it the sailing license or other qualifications. In addition, these documents are collected and approved in the admin area, while certificates can be issued automatically by the course management upon successful course participation.

Fitness studio

In the gym management area, there will be flexible subscription management options for daily, weekly and monthly subscriptions. Real-time overviews will allow users to keep an eye on utilization at all times. Additional check-in/out options, such as turnstile and terminal access, will also be available.

Renting

The rental options will include the booking of facilities such as halls or volleyball courts. In addition, sports equipment such as tennis rackets, balls and nets as well as training clothing such as judo suits can be easily rented. This variety of offers will make the platform a comprehensive solution for organizing and managing a wide range of activities.
